Did you know today's my birthday? Totally irrelevant to the video I just had to point it out Anyways, I’m just a normal lady trying to improve herself and one thing that i've been working on for a long time is flexibility! This routine is a combination of stretches I learned from my adult gymnastics classes as well as from different gymnasts who are waaay more flexible than me. It's really helped me so I thought I'd share <br /> <br />p.s.
